Payment Policy

Elowen Lane accepts secure online payments through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment Authorization

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

If a payment cannot be authorized, the order may not be completed.

Payment Security

Payment information is processed through secure payment services. Customers should never send complete payment card information by email or through customer service messages.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once a return is received and approved, we generally process the refund within 1–3 business days. Depending on the customer's bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing or other information errors and cancel affected orders when necessary. If payment has already been received for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
