Sales Terms
These Sales Terms apply to purchases made through the Elowen Lane online store, operated by FlashMart Overseas LLC.
1. Product Purchase
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the price displayed at checkout, subject to these Sales Terms and applicable law.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when products become unavailable.
If an order is canceled because an item is unavailable, the applicable amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, prices, and other product information are accurate.
Actual colors may vary depending on your device or display settings.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice.
If an obvious pricing or product information error affects an order, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel the affected order. Any payment received for a canceled order will be refunded.
5. Payment
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
6. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping within the United States is generally expected to take 3–5 business days after processing.
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier.
7. Returns
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have their original tags attached.
Sale items are eligible for return.

8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days after an eligible return is received and inspected.
Banks and card issuers may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the order must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Sales Terms is intended to waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
